All course fees must be paid before the course. Course fees include all manuals, course materials, lunches (valued at $10.00 per day), and refreshments throughout the day. Fees do not include accommodations or transportation. (Note: Please do not make any nonrefundable travel arrangements until your course is confirmed to be held. You will receive a confirmation of the course no less than 2 weeks prior to the course; this will be sent by either e-mail or fax [or both]).
