Note: If registering 4 or more attendees for the same course, you will receive a 15% discount on the registration. Please indicate this in the comments field on the form above or call the Process Improvement Institute at 1.865.675.3458. Discounts for multiple registrations are available.

You may pay by credit card, purchase order, check, or money order. If you issue a purchase order, we will invoice you immediately and payment is due before the start of the course.

All course fees must be paid before the course. Course fees include all manuals, course materials, lunches (valued at $10.00 per day), and refreshments throughout the day.
