You may pay by credit card, purchase order, check, or money order. If you issue a purchase order, we will invoice you immediately and payment is due before the start of the course.

All course fees must be paid before the course. Course fees include all manuals, course materials, and in the case of public onsite courses – lunches (valued at $10.00 per day), and refreshments throughout the day. Fees do not include accommodations or transportation. (Note: For public onsite courses, please do not make any nonrefundable travel arrangements until your course is confirmed to be held. You will receive a confirmation of the course no less than 2 weeks prior to the course; this will be sent by either e-mail or fax [or both].)

Cancellation by Registrant/Attendee
Registrants unable to attend a course may send a substitute, enroll in the next scheduled class, or request a refund up to 2 weeks before the class begins. If a registrant needs to cancel with less than 2 weeks before the class begins, the full registration fee may be forfeited, at the sole discretion of PII. No-shows forfeit their registration fees.
